Suns are statistically the worst team in the West...scary

    I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but I still get away from the fact that the West (especially midwest division) is so dominating. You know it's a stacked conference when the Suns are the worst team (as of now). If Stern is thinking about seriously realigning the divisions for better competition, he should move Minny to the east, and defranchise the Hawks. Then again, a good number of eastern teams should be defranchised.

    I was telling people last year the Suns were incredibly sucky after the outstanding Marbury, very good Marion, and adequate but overhyped Stoudemire. It was terrible that Suns team beat the Rockets out for the last playoff spot (Marbury really outwilled our whole team), now we are starting to see why.

    FG% 19th (Only Denver, San Antonio, and Clippers are worse in West)
    3 point % - 5th (proves just how bad our 2 pt % is...no easy shots)
    Field Goal Attempts per game - 28th (no West team below us)

    Assists - 28th (No west team below us)
    Turnovers - 26th (No west team below us)

    The Suns problem is that they dont have much of a bench and Marion is not playing like an all star and being consistant each night. Marbury is solid and Amare is solid as well slowly getting better and better but Marion is hot and cold which really disrupts the team's flow. Plus they have no bench/role player support. Joe Johnson and Hardaway aren't giving them a whole lot. They have no post play other than Amare. They have some holes to fill. I think they overachieved last year for sure.
