Well, so much for the rapid "global warming" predicted by the so-called climate "experts". Wrong again, fellas.
You do understand that climate change is about local variables and that changes to the way the Sun functions is external to that, right?
As consistently wrong as they have been along, we also know that this "study" is not the final word on the matter. The Earth is ultimately moving towards a new ice age, and nobody disagrees with that, as far as I am aware.
So first you cite this study as evidence that global warming isn't real, and then you say this "study" must be wrong as "they" are "consistently wrong" - which, again, you sought to establish first by posting this study.
They are trying to get in front of the continuation of the "pause" as they like to call it, which in fact may actually be a cooling trend. That is pretty much all in the process of happening right now. Then they go on to caveat that their hysterical warming hypothesis is nevertheless intact and that this will not effect it. LOL. Hahahaha. Whatever you say, fellas. What this pretty clearly shows is that their models over the last 20 years, which have predicted all manner of climatic disasters that have not happened, are wrong and are not capable of predicting the future of our complex ecosystem. Of course we all remember the predictions of rapid increases in warming and super-scary increases in hurricane and tornado activity. It has not happened the way that the AGW scientist's models have predicted. It also concedes that contrary to what many AGW alarmists say, solar activity does impact the Earth in a very real and substantial way. Of course skeptics such as myself knew this all along. It is good to see the AGW alarmism scientists finally starting to catch up a little with reality.
What is the correlation between solar activity and temperatures on Earth over the last 50 years? I assume, based on this, it must be a positive correlation?

I'm still waiting for the explanation of how sunspots warm the northern hemisphere but not the southern. Guess the southern hemisphere is in the shade.
Perhaps this explains it (from article linked above): "Northern Europe and the eastern US would experience a much stronger cooling effect from a weaker period of the sun’s activity than other areas because less ultraviolet solar energy at the top of the stratosphere would cause a chain reaction which would affect the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO). The NAO is a climate phenomenon which plays a key role in influencing winter weather on both sides of the Atlantic."
It's truly impressive just how poor of a grasp you have on this subject. You almost have to actively desire to be this misinformed.
If by misinformed you mean I am failing to repeat the leftist talking points on this accurately, then I guess you are probably right. LOL.
