i own a philips 5cd changer stereo that plays mp3 cd's. i bought it in july 04, the manufacture date says april 04. i have barely used it. out of nowhere it will not play cd's or even open up any trays. i called the customer support line they want 15 dollars just to talk since the warranty has run out. i told them i'd rather put that money towards a new non-philips cd player.
but before i do that... wanted to see if any of the clutchbbs brethren have had any similar problems or know how to fix it?
