Suggestion: Boki to start over JJ

call me crazy but i think is time to start Boki as sf instead of JJ. JJ's play lately has been horrible!!!! Boki at least can make 3s more consistent and he rebounds and hustles.... just tto bad Jeff van Baldy refuse to admit JJ is no longer the same player as last year.. time to change, time to let your young player plays!!!!

    What do you all think?

Boki should not be starting over JJ, but he definitely needs to start over Bowen.

Of course in an ideal situation JJ would be coming off the bench as well. Out team consists of two starters (Yao and Tmac), bench players such as (Howard, MO, JJ, Mutombo, Boki, Sura) and a bunch of scrubs.

    Yep,

Why start a guy shooting 47% from the 3pt land?

Boki will probably be out of the league next year.

Especially when he can't stay out of foul trouble or guard his own shadow in the post?

Hopefully Boki will be on another squad by the end of the month getting freed from JVG's laughable system.

How would we know, how can he learn by being on IR.

How good is Dirk Nowitski on defense?

Boki will definitely be in the NBA next year. If JVG is still here, then Boki will sign with another team, and I bet you he will play well.

I still can't believe Boki is on the IR when Bowen, Gaines, and Spoon aren't.

The answer is yes to all of them, except maybe in slashing and looking lost.

Boki deserves some PT. Everybody makes a huge deal of Bowen's hustle, but the truth is that Boki hustles his ass off when he's in the game too. I always see Boki running and getting his hands on loose balls. Is the little extra bit of hustle that Bowen brings worth that much more than Boki's shooting and scoring abilities?

Okay, Boki still shouldn't be on the IR no matter what, especially when he has no injury. Bowen is terrible and Spoon hasn't played at all.

I bet next year when boki is on a different team he will surprise and show what he could have done here if he had a real chance.

Boki has been given a chance. If he was a good player, he would have proven it just like Andre Barret has done. We know AB will be in the NBA for a while because he excelled in the little time he had. Boki has had 3 years and has not shown he can play in this league.

The only decent thing he did was foul Karl Malone, and I believe he actually left that game with foul trouble, which is something he often does.

Statisticians sure as hell don't see it.

1 steal and 0 blocks. For the season. 201 minutes,

Boki for his "great" 3 point shooting, is still shooting 35%. He had also hit only 3 of his last 11 three point attempts- he started out 7-10 on the season.

Scorers will score. Boki's never scored 13 points in a game ever. He shoots 35% from the field, dead in line with his career averages, and is 3 for his last 11 behind the arc, and he has a small sample of good shooting that turned progressively worse. He doesn't make plays on the defensive side.

If he's not scoring and he's not shooting, what good is he doing? I'm not thrilled on seeing Ryan Bowen out there, but Nachbar is barely a marginal, if any improvement.
