What is your favorite out of these three? If you have a choice that is not on here vote other and post your favorite sub restaurant and your favorite sandwich from there. My favorite is by far Firehouse, oodles upon oodles upon gadoodles of meat stacked upon each other for a nice hearty sandwich. Get the Italian and you'll never look back. Subway is too bland for me and basically the whole sandwich just tastes like vegetables due to their low amounts of meat. Quiznos is a close second to Firehouse for me because they serve a healthy amount of meat on their subs as well and its a pretty good sandwich overall, especially the Chicken Mesquite. Anyway whats your favorite place and the sub you get from there.
The Great Outdoors, but they are only in North Texas. Around here, probably like the Roast Beef Sandwich from Jersey Mike's the best Subway is good if you want something healthy, and their meatball is borderline great (but for some reason they can be mediocre at certain places) Quizno's is good, but not really as healthy. Too much bread as well and not enough meat. Never had Firehouse...never heard of it either. Is it good?
I thought that was a burger place? At least thats what my friend told me from his visit. I've heard it is really good. And I just realized Firehouse is not that big of a chain, so Im not expecting many of y'all to know it and the polls probably going to be little skewed. Im expecting a win for Quiznos. I highly recommend Firehouse if y'all haven't gone before.
Which Wich is amazing and it's really cheap. I always get the buffalo chicken, but there's so many choices including breakfast items. Subway just plain sucks and Quizno's is way too expensive, but I have never had Firehouse.
Firehouse is right about the same price range as Quiznos. A little under 8 dollars for a 12 inch. How cheap is Which wich generally for something like a 12 inch? And I thought it was a burger place? Can anyone explain this to me.
It's definitely a sandwich place, although the sandwiches are not that big, maybe like 8 inches? I'm not really sure, but it's only like $4.75 for one.
which which is a sandwich place, i dont think they even sell burgers. also i don't recall if they sell 12 inches, since i think they just come on regular sandwich bread. they are delicious though and only run about 6 or7 bucks.
I like 'em all - Jimmy Johns, Potbelly, Quiznos, Jersey Mike's, Bakers Bros, Bread Winners, etc But I CANNOT stand Subway! It's gross and expensive. What a horrible combination. Veggies are never fresh, they don't have mushrooms, bread is never cooked properly, not enough meat (seriously I can't tell the difference between a Veggie Delight and a turkey sub), has no flavor, too damn expensive for no taste...
Which wich has an insane array of different meats. So many different sandwiches to choose from. And they're all 4.75. They don't have 12-inchers, but they're DEFINITELY bigger than 6-inches and they pile on the meat.
wow 4.75 that is ridiculously cheap for the quality of sandwich you get, i thought it was more. living in ny must have prevented me from even considering a sandwich could ever cost less than 5 bucks.
Depends on what I want. If it's to eat healthy for not much money, then Subway all the way. If it's for a little more flavor and crunchy, baked goodness, then Quiznos. If I want to spend too much on a sandwich, then Murphy's Deli.
I can understand the healthy aspect of Subway, cuz theres nothing in the sandwich. But as far as money goes? Its around 7-8 dollars for a 12 inch which is the same as quiznos and firehouse. Only recently subway has been launching this campaign of selling large subs for 5 dollars. Regarding Murphy's Deli.... we're not really discussing sandwiches per se. Really talking more about the traditional foot long. Delis and sandwiches deserve a whole another thread.
