In my overzealous anticipation for the Matrix release, I was looking for some cool pictures of Carrie Anne Moss, and somehow managed to come across this website that (I assume) installed a "SpiderSearch" toolbar on my IE. I can't figure out how to permanently remove it? I can remove it each time I open IE, but it always comes back.

    Any suggestions?

On a related note, I'm getting all sorts of pop-ups coming out of nowhere.

Download something like Adaware or Spybot Search & Destroy and see if it will take care of it. Short of that, go to the IE menu and select View -> Toolbars and see if you can disable it by de-selecting it there. I'd just as soon remove it if you don't want it, though.
