lol. the idiot would not stand up....however, when a guy is not listening to you don't keep tasering the guy - cause it becomes excessive force, plus tasering someone can be very dangerous, has led to death in some cases – in the end they had to carry him away anwayz -that to me was the funniest part.

I hate the patriot ACT, and it seems these cops were WAY over the top on the guy. If I were the student, I would be suing the CRAP out of the police department for excessive abuse. Martin Luther King used to protest by refusing to stand up...... This is just sad....truly sad. DD
Pretty hideous. These ****ing moron police officers should realize that they are not out in Watts anymore dealing with Crips and Bloods, they are in a university environment. Violation of the University code of conduct by a student requires a different approach rather than just taser the guy. If the officers don't like it, they should quit and join the army or some other organization that allows for more liberal use of force. I always really disliked campus cops in college and I still do.

No, the Patriot act is an abuse of government, and unconstitutional. Hopefully the new Dems congress will repeal it, or we may have to wait until the Dems get the whitehouse too. DD

They should have evened it out, given tasers to the students too, that way it could have been like Taser tag !!! DD
