    Hi Clutchfans,
Can the Rockets not just have their standard starting line up consisting of Parsons, Dwight, Harden, Beverley, and Jones to (hopefully) outscore the other team's starting line up and then structure their bench to have more of a defensive crew to prevent losing a decent lead while giving the starters a decent breather?
Imagine this. The starting squad puts up 15 points over the opponent. Sit them. Now the defensive crew comes in and is being outscored but because of their defensive prowess lose the lead at a much slower rate. By the time the starters are ready to come back in the game has lost more time off the clock and they still carry an 8 point lead.
This is opposed to having an offensive bench with players like Brooks, Casspi, Garcia and to some degree Lin (Probably the best defensive player on the bench barring Asik) that could potentially have a cold shooting night but also deliver no defensive stoppage and thus a big reason why our leads are typically blown when the starters have to come back in.
I would think a great way to assemble such a bench would honestly need to sell Asik for two mediocre offensive players who have a knack for not allowing easy buckets. Brewer can be an option, Lin could be an option...but Brooks (as much as I love the player) would not fit the mold. Players like Courtney Lee could be pursued...
I think our bench is one of the biggest culprits to having a truly elite team. Just a thought on how we can restructure our bench to maximize every minute of the game and give us the highest potential to win games.

Would yall give T-Will another try? He's an idiot but theres no doubt that he has talent. He could be a good playmaker for us off the bench. He's good defensively as well.
