I was gonna post this on the TOO HOT PORNSTARS thread but i feel it deserves a thread of its own. Enjoy. You guys aren't ready for the truth. If you REALLY knew the truth about strip clubs your eyes and ears would burn off. So...I've been working in this kind of business for about year now, and one of the posters on the other thread was right...dancers DO make about $500-$1,500 a day, depending on how many hours they work. On average I would say a "hard-working" ( ) stripper makes about $1,500-$2,000 if she pulls a double shift (12-16 hours), if she works only 8 hours cut that money in half. It also depends on the club, cause some clubs allow more "action" to happen than others. If you've ever asked yourself "won't girls get in trouble for this"???...well THE CLUB AND THE MANAGERS ARE ALWAYS IN ON IT, they know what's going on back there...they just turn a blind eye. That's money the managers make, cause they tax dancers that "play". If a dancer doesn't pay the "taxes" she gets the boot, on the spot. Ha ha. Not to mention all the opportunities the managers get to "pimp" some of the girls, alot of them like mentioned in the other thread don't have a life or anyone that loves them, so they turn to people they see everyday i.e....ME! Alot of dancers just really need someone to tell them they're beautiful and be nice to them without expecting anything in return...if you do that...they're putty in your hands. I know cause when I'm not being a manager, I have another job...she calls me papi. If I get ANY "cool story bros" I'm gonna kick some a$$, cause if you don't believe me go on my myspace address to see some of my co-workers LOL (miguelarvizodm@yahoo.com) or go to Michael's International and ask for "hellboy", that's my dance name LOL. So....feel free to ask me anything I'm off today so I'll be online.
1) what's the latest on the sin tax lawsuit? 2) is there any movement to remove the freedom of speech restrictions bill white implemented?
Sin tax? Bill White? I have no idea what you're talking about sir...maybe you missed the thread title?
Did you just admit that you were involved in illegal prostitution in strip clubs, and then give out your email address which happens to be your real name on a public internet forum?? And you did all this AFTER it's been proven that there's a rat on this BBS?? Nice one, brah.
They can come for me brother...they can try, this is WAY bigger than one manager working at a strip club, it's so out of hand these days its ridiculous. There's undercover cops at this place all the time, we know who they are and my manager is friends with them. Plus, if they do get me they'll throw me in jail overnight and the club will bail me out. It's not me who they want, its the upper brass. I'm just a squirrel looking for a nut.
Get your money back? ha ha...no I don't think so. There was this one guy that went in there with a deck of playing cards and tried to pay for his drinks with them, AND he tried to make it "rain" throwing cards at the girls. We threw him out. lol.
Uh, 18-26 but mostly 18-21. Education? None. Some girls start dancing as soon as they get out of high school. I know a couple of them come from good families, parents with money...but they get involved with the wrong friends, drugs, and partying. So they start dancing. Truth be told about half of all dancers aren't from here, they're from Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Honduras...they don't have anything else, so they start prost....I mean dancing. Ha ha.
No discount, but you can ask for me...and I'll give you some insider tips. LOL. Like which chairs are more comfy, or the best toilet to crap in.
Do you not find it at least a bit depressing being around that all the time. I mean naked girls and sex....yayyyyyyy.....I get it. But in a way when you look at the girls, and I can't imagine the majority of them when young, said I want to grow up and be a stripper. Don't get me wrong, I understand to each their own...but it just seems kind of ....sad. But no disrespect of course....it's just thinking out loud. The girls get paid well....and the owners and customers get to feel like real gangstas.
allow me to reword my questions, you probably know them by other names. being a manager at a club, these two pieces of legislation clearly affect daily operations. (i had not read this latest article prior to asking the question) the sin tax - http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703409804575144133448398458.html bill white's "law," or as many people refer to it, limitations on free speech, was the crackdown on sexually oriented businesses. upon further research it wasn't bill white's doing, but he strongly enforced it. the way clubs skate around the law is by having the dancers wear bikini's or some other type of covering. i can't find a direct link to the law, but found this
To your credit, YES it does get old...after the initial shock of seeing naked girls blah blah blah...you get tired of it. BUT then I think...well should I go back to being a manager of a warehouse where there's nothing but sweaty dudes??? Hell no. Plus there's always a new batch of girls that don't know how everything works, so you know...me being a nice guy...I always volunteer to show them the ropes. LOL. I could never go back to having a real job...not after working in this business for so long.
Serious question. Being in your line of business, has that ever hurt or hampered your personal life / relationships?
Have you ever used a black light on the chairs in the champagne room? And if so how stained are they?
