Its not its fault when you have the worst freaking D ever. Everyones favorite coach, jeff fisher is 5-4 and if not for our D we might have been 5-4 or better.

Ok. I blame Smith. Kubiak hired Smith so I can blame both for putting garbage players on the field.

it's not his fault the team keeps playign safe and on auto pilot for the first half and then actually tries in the second half, when they are already down?

The way it keeps happening it's obvious its strategy, not a coincidence or inconsistent play. They keep coming up short. An extra few plays, extra few mins and they would have one hell of a record.

Yes, actually it is...it is completely his fault. One of his PRIMARY duties as a HC is to make sure his team is READY and MOTIVATED going into each and every game.

If we don't go to playoffs Kubiak needs to be out. Def Cord needs to go yesterday.

Another year of not blaming the coach for missing the playoffs? Who could've predicted this?

Gary Kubiak's HC record in 4 1/2 seasons:

35 wins, 38 losses no playoffs

guess we can't blame him for his overall record

Fire the GM while you're at it. Putting a first and second year player at corner and thinking it would work is on them.

Winning is a habit. In our case, mediocrity is a habit.

I am not saying he is great, but this team has serious deficiencies in key defensive spot. Really their entire D is garbage. The D line sucks. It looks like cushing is 1 year wonder, and I won't even discuss the secondary. Another coach guarantees us nothing. Its all about the players and we need to upgrade. Cowher didn't win the super bowl until ben, troy, harrison got there (yeah I know ben sucked in that game). I think we need to go hire a good GM and not Kubiak's buddy rick. PIT won without cowher too.
