Despite of the lost against the Mavs, I strongly believe that our team has a lot of potential to be a better team. Our backcourt has to eliminate too much dribling balls and hesitation. We will do better next time around. Lighten' up boys!

I completely agree with you. We lost by only eleven points as versus over 20 points last year. Despite our poor shooting, we have kept it tight for almost three quarters at their court.

I don't feel that is the end of the day for us. Watch out, we shall beat this team badly at Toyota Centre the next time we face time. We almost succeeded in our defensive strategy, except we could not keep up our high % shots.

    :)

Absolutely. That's why there are 82 games in a season, not 10.

We lost to clearly one of the best teams in the league and we are still missing four players who will likely end up in our rotation.

Personally, I wish E. Griffin would make it back at some point. I would love to see him chasing Nowitzki around on the perimeter.

IMO it works the other way too... i wanna see Nowitzky running towards E Griff and his herky jerky shot, heck it opens up space for Yao to operate down low

Agree with you 100% and thank you for not flaming the players, coaching and wanting to trade the entire team :D

JVG will make them learn from mistakes.
Thats the best way to learn.

The Rockets have improved a lot this offseason, period. Even though I want them to, they still are not as good as the elite teams in the NBA, not yet.

Lakers, Spurs, Mavs, Kings- these are the elite teams in the NBA, We can't expect to come out and beat these teams, we are still learning and look how much we have improved in such little time.

and don't forget the mid-range game of Mo Taylor - the type of mid-range game that can bust up those zones Dallas throws out there.

Oh, and lets not forget about Pike, the king zone killer, who slays zones for a living. no doubt he was over there on the bench licking his chops and polishing his polish rifle when Dallas played that zone. Mo Taylor and Pike have the ability to make that Dallas zone crumble in a few possessions.

I just can't wait to have Pike and Mo on rotation.
