Whenever I hear "Mayo Clinic" all I can think about is the movie Airplane. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news/fanball/20020221/fanball-rocketsfrancissetfor.html Rockets: Francis set for migraine tests on Monday by Fanball Staff - Fanball.com Thursday, February 21, 2002 News Steve Francis played well in Monday's win over the Wizards, despite a migraine, and played again on Wednesday (13 points in 33 minutes against the Bucks). In spite of that posivity, he is scheduled to visit the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota on Monday to determine the cause of the frequent migraine headaches that have plagued him for weeks. They have forced him to miss four games. Views The Rockets host the Timberwolves tonight and hope to have Francis in the starting lineup. At this point, Francis is a game-time decision every time the Rockets play. Of course, Moochie Norris would be the man if Francis is out.
Hopefully they'll find out what's wrong with him and maybe find how to cure it. That would be great. But I'm not expected that to happen, since he's already had so many tests.
I apologize in case anyone has already made this bad joke, but here goes ... Does it bother anyone that all of these doctors are examining Steve's head, and none of them can find anything? (OK, come to think of it, I apologize anyway ... )
i mean, why would a hot dog like steve go to a Mayo Clinic? hot dogs are good with mustard and relish.
just throwing this out but has Steve been checked for diabetes? he has all the signs. just a thought. Whoever posted hes faking this is a fool and should not even be allowed to post
What happened with it being a problem in his ear??? Man these doctors of ours talk a load of crap! Give Franchise some freakin Lidocaine and lets get on with basketball!!
Perhaps his migraines started when he went down we lost 20 games without him, he thought he could come back and help, but......Wouldn't this give you a headache or a migraine?Sorry!
