He played very well, had this not have been a lets get jordan the Mvp trophy day, Steve could have tried to win it himself.

I have a very diffrent opinion about Kobe now. He is all class,
After the game he told reporters he had doubts about making those 3 free throws. He respects the game and respects Jordan.

Clearly now Steve will be remembered come Olympic Dream team selection, someone bows out Steve deserves to go.

    A+ for performance.
    B- for not taking charge.
    A+ for passing the ball.

I only watched a bit of the game but from what I saw, there seemed to be a lot of passing from the Western Conference. Steve also seemed to play under control with good ball movement. Adleman must have something to do with this. Maybe Rudy can take a look at this and learn something.

Gotta have my Rudy bashing for the day:rolleyes:

First of all, this is an all-star game. Steve is obviously not the team captain like back in houston. These are the best players in the world, passing is part of the all-star game, no player is the whole show, excep for Kg that is.......sorry had to throw that in there. Yea, passing should be part of every game, but this roster is full of player who are going to finish off the shots, as for back in houston there arent alot of second options. So no, this has nothing to do with Rudy T. coaching!!!!

I don't blame Steve for not "taking charge" if by taking charge you mean jacking up a lot of shots. He did a good job getting the ball to Garnett towards the end, and Garnett was the hot player.

What I did find interesting was that in a game that is notorious for turnovers all over the place, Francis had the fewest turnovers on his team of any player that received significant minutes.

Francais looked great, had good passing, hit a couple of good shots and a three. He actually looked like he had some good court vision.
