according to Nba.com here are the top 10 (they have the top 50):

    1. Gary Payton
    2. Andre Miller
    3. Jason Kidd
    4. Steve Francis
    5. Sam Cassell
    6. John Stockton
    7. Steve Nash
    7. Baron Davis
    9. Stephon Marbury
    10. Terrell Brandon

Steve has really established himself as one of the top PGs in the league. I have always loved steve and thought of him as a great player. However, I mostly based that upon his scoring ability and his explosiveness. Its really nice to seem him getting similar praise as an "efficient PG"

Also, they have the most "efficient SGs" ....Cuttino is 11. What a duo we have here! I really think we have all the pieces in place with such a stacked front court as well. Hopefully we can stay healthy (fingers and toes crossed) :D

Thanks for the read! Steve does rock!

Sidetrack: I hate Flopton as much as the next guy, but isn't it impressive that at 40 he's still among the most efficient PGs? Too bad he will not end his career in the playoffs. :D

haha, I wouldn't mind having John watch the rockets from home this summer. But, I am duely impressed with Stockton (if i can try to picture him without flopping in those god awful purple and white daisey dukes). The guy has just come to play for almost 2 decades now, and if there is a perfect word to describe him it would be "efficient" (well, at least one that isn't negative ;) )
