Yes steve nash is horrible on defense but he is an exceptional playmaker with 2:30 to go he has 21 assists, and over the last 10-12 games his assist totals have skyrocketed.
Nash is so great to watch on offense, his shot is pure, he seems under control ever under duress but he is turnover prone
Nash is still an elite PG in the NBA. He just isn't fitting the system currently as well as he did in the past. In my opinion he is more of an all-star than Tony Parker is. Maybe that's just me. It's clear Nash is better though. When Allen Iverson is guarding you, you should have a big night, because even Alston had a big night against him.
I'm still trying to figure how he didn't make the all-star, especially with it being in Phoenix and him the premier franchise player. Forget that his numbers are down, he is still perennial all-league point guard, in fact he's third in assists. Also, his far more valuable to the Suns than Parker is to the Spurs.
Nash should have made it, he's awesome to watch his passing game is so superior to Parker, its not even close, although Parker does torment him.
Ramon Sessions had his way last game, and now Steve Nash. Chauncey Billups was much more valuable to their team than the Pistons thought... And also Iverson is killing that team
Detroit is now making every point guard look like an elite player. Didn't even Rafer have a good game against them?
