    I am worried about Steve.

I did not even see him get up and cheer for his teammates....

I hope he realizes that he needs to keep a positive attitude if he want to get back into the rotation.

Oh gimme a break. Steve didn't play. So what. He lay on the floor looking at the ceiling. He's pissed. Good for him. That doesn't make him any less of a team player. Frankly glad that he's pissed. Maybe it'll light a fire under him to out work his teammates and get back to the shape he was in when he played for us the first time. Let him sulk. Different players need to work their emotions out in different ways. Does that make him less of a team player? No but it does make him what Avery Johnson said, "He's an edgy guard". I still respect Francis more than Latrell Spreewell who just quit and said I got a family to feed.

The shot of the Rockets bench at the end of the game was pretty interesting. You could see pretty much everybody...Novak (in his suit) was hugging Shane, Head and Brooks were going nuts, Mutombo smiling, you could see Landry's forehead in the background....Steve nowhere to be seen :(

After a game like this whoever comes up with a complaint about Steve Francis is a dumb ass.

Enjoy the win. Stop looking for negatives.

Im watching the highlights over....I dont think Steve even watched the end of the game! He is staring at the ceiling, so unless he has eyes on the side of his head (i think with his passing ability its clear he doesnt) he didnt even watch or celebrate with his teamates.

Steve is making himself the odd man out by his demeanor tonight ... justifiable or not!

So typical of the posters on this board. Always something to complain about. Having said that, Stevie needs to change his attitude.

How can people excuse Francis for this? That's BS. Juwan had problems at the beginning of last year with his lack of playing time, but there's no way that would keep him from being a good teammate and cheering on the bench.

The difference is Francis was a free agent acquisition that came here to play. When you are a highly recruited free agent, and you decide to come to a team, you expect to at least see the court. I think he should have every right to be upset. Especially given Alston's pathetic performance tonight.

I'll be pissed too if I was Stevie. Scrubs like Reefer does not deserve to play over a talented guy like steve. I would be mad pissed. Stevie is still keeping his cool.
