Looks like good ol' Stevie Franchise will be lacing his shoes up in China this season. Going to be interesting to see how he fares against the competition.

I bet he'd sing like Stevie Wonder without the singing ability and piano skills.

This shows that the DL needs work. There needs to be a greater push to put players like SF3 and Starburry in the DL. It's a development league... it can show players how not to act, how not to play, it will teach them that if you chase the dollar and not the rings you'll end up back where you started...

”Obviously, this doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone.”
Aww they are so insecure but they have to build their brand.
It's cute. I don't think he meant this as derogatory but it comes off that way to my American ears.

It makes me wonder how a team would compete (or not) with players like Francis, Mo Taylor, T-Mac, AI, Bonzi, Cuttino, Marbury. It's like when you turn on tennis channel and they're playing some exhibition between Federer and Sampras. Wouldn't you watch washed up players who look like they should be better than they are at their age beating up on some rural Chinese basketball team? Who would have the edge?

This is the same league where Bonzi Wells was putting up Oscar Robertson early 1960's numbers last year.
