Stern is horrible and will be the reason Sirius Satellite radio fails. The contract they gave him was just silly. For fresher, more creative, and funnier radio, Opie & Anthony on XM is the way to go.
I haven't heard them so I can't judge them, but Howard gets great guests. Do they? That's one of the main reasons I listen to the show, not for the lesbians. I highly doubt Opie and Anthony have anyone near as entertaining as Beetlejuice.
As stupid as I think Stern's show is, ratings don't lie. The man has listeners. Sirius's subscriptions have to started to jump as stern moves closer to jumping ship.
That's too bad. He was one of the funniest pissed-off dwarves I can think of off the top of my head...
I don't listen to Stern regularly, but once in a while I run across great in-depth interviews he does with celebrities. He did this awesome interview with Charisma Carpenter (Cordy from Buffy) once and dug up stuff about how she almost got raped, her estranged relationship with her half-brother, and her male-model-boy-toy guy she was dating. That was awesome.

OK, so I decided to tune into the Yahoo! webcast since their website is plastered with ads for it, what's the point? I'm just watching Howard stern stand on the top of a bus rolling down the streets of New York with about all of 2 fans on each corner.
