Ya the balance in terms of rotation is really bad. That's too many projects playing at the same time. That is just going to harm the other projects because young players typically don't make other young players better. Vets are more likely to do that.

So many projects is hindering development of the most important projects(Green, Sengun, Bari).

 

Doubt anyone is proud of you after that post, on earth or in heaven.

 

It's going to be an interesting next 6 months for this team. There are a million ways to go, some within control and some not. For instance, if the Rockets end up drafting 6-7th and want to move up a few spots to 3-4 you can condense youth that way. Martin/Garuba/Christopher/TyTy/Bucks 2023 pick.

Because bringing in another 19 year old that needs minutes. You have to do something to get solid vets on the team. When you do both of those things the minute crunch just increases with the need to do something to where you don't then have a bunch of 1st round picks riding the bench all year.

 

I get that this is the internet and you can be anonymous forever, but maybe don't take advantage of that to be a complete dick, yeah?

How do the minutes and treatment of a basketball player who will never even know you cause you to completely spiral out of control like this?

Greg Popovich has had two losing seasons in a row and only have two more wins than the Rockets so far this year.

Clearly Popovich is in wayyyy over his head. What a terrible coach. They should fire him.

 

Don’t lump the silent majority who understand the rebuild in with these clowns.

Pop didn't have 7 first rounders. (2 of them top 3) Also this is Silas's 3rd year. Besides Pop's left hand little finger is far better coach than Silas.

 

Blah blah blah. As they say in sports, Score Board. Looking at just the last two seasons, Pop and Silas about equal. Make whatever justifications you want about Pop to make yourself feel better.

Point being, even Pop can't fix a terrible roster with coaching alone.

Fact: The Rockets are super young.
Opinion: Coaching can't fix lack of age, or experience, or talent.

I just don't get the hatred on Silas in the middle of a tank. It is what it is. Chilax.

Silas has coached a team full of vets, a mix and now all young guys.

He's sucked with every version.

He sucked as a coach Even when he had James Harden (although he didn't want to be here he was still playing well).

He doesn’t at all. Sengun does not mean this kinda much. Basketball is just a game and don’t take things way too far
