That kid isn't adorable... and it is annoying. You are a professional... answer the questions and then hold your daughter afterwards... this isn't take your daughter to work day. Also, isn't it a bit late for her to be up?

I am glad you have a wife and family, and are responsible... but it has nothing to do with your post game interview.

sports are fun no doubt, but those reporters are professionals and have deadlines to meet. it's also how they make a living.

    That would be amazing.

But leave it to Rockets players to get something banned.

JFC, he is seriously one hideous looking albino. No reason to have your freaking child in there either after game 1 of the WCF. He's cashing those checks though, got the smarts.

Yeah, I actually agree with this. The NBA had quite a stretch where it was clearly considered Thug Central. It's coming out of that.

I agree even more with your second statement. Sports press conferences and pre/in/post-game interviews don't go beyond a kindergarten level. (Actually, Curry's kid probably could have answered all the questions.) I so want some star with undeniable skills in any sport to just start trolling the media hardcore every time they're "asked" a question. (They're rarely questions.)

    ---

Q: "At the end of the game, when you scored all those points, what was going on inside your mind?"

A: "Well, I was thinking that if my team scores more points than the other team, that would be what we call a *finger quotes* 'win'. I thought that winning would be good because that's the goal of sports, and so I wanted to score more points so my team had more than the other team. I was also thinking about how, if I score points, then it would be a good idea to not let the other team score points, because that way they wouldn't have as many as us, and if they didn't at the end of the game, we'd get the *finger quotes* 'win'."

Q: "What's it feel like to score that many points in a game?"

A: "I hated it. I'm not a fan of performing well and helping my team win. Really makes kind of queasy inside. Plus, it's a lot of work, and who here likes hard work? You're journalists, so I know none of you do. You feel me, right? It'd really be simpler if the scorekeeper would just give us some extra points so we could home early. I think I'll go talk to him after this is done. Seems like a cool guy. Anything else?"

    ---

This is what my girlfriend and I do nonstop during sports interviews, because the interviewers are so amazingly dumb.

The albino part is a bit harsh but I don't disagree with your analysis.

I was reading a post on Reddit and the Warrior fans were all remarking on how cute his daughter is. She's about as cute as Derrick Rose's son but not quite on Barkley's daughter's level. Which is to say--not cute.

You should only bring your kid on stage once you've won something. What a marketing gimmick.

Get control of your kid, if you want to bring to the post game presser, whatever, but don't let the kid make a mockery of it. Obviously Steph is probably not around much, therefore the lack of self control and discipline the child exhibits.

I don't watch enough of Curry's post game interviews but is this a new trend. It was mildly interesting when Derek Rose did it with his kid but now it seems like Curry is just jumping on the bandwagon.

The worst part was hearing the arguing on NBA Tonight (don't remember who the names of the guests were, one of them was the heavy-set guy).

Don't think it has anything to do with not being around much. Rose kid was quiet and behaved. Curry kid just needed a nap.

It was funny and post game conferences are a joke anyway. Only Terry has appeared outside of H2O.

Windhorst and the media who make a deal out of this is ****.
It's a kid. 2 year old act like this. Curry is not the first to bring his child into the podium. Big freaking deal. Why attack a little kid? Is this the first time these hacks see kids?
There are other things to report. Like Dwights injury, the playoff game that goes on TONIGHT, the potential draft trades and other.
And the "bring endorsement to the child" is also a pile of crap.
