Anthony Smith is a frigging genius. Ya got one of the greatest teams in football history. Who also plays with the most colossal chip on their shoulder in football history. They look sluggish and lethargic the last couple of weeks (mostly cause they wrapped up their division in like week 5)...so what do you do? Piss them off?!? BRILLIANT!
yea, they've "weathered the storm" so far. i certainly hope it's a good game down the wire, but the last thing you want to do is piss off the best team in the NFL with your trash talk.
The double-lateral TD pass to Gaffney sucked the life out of the Steelers and gave the Pats a 2nd wind. That was the game-changer.

no doubt in my mind that they win out. and i'm fairly confident they'll take the title, but you never know what could happen in the playoffs.
That's what a lot of us are waiting for. What a story it would be. I want them to finish the regular season 16-0 and lose at home in the AFC championship game.
This team is flat-out amazing. The stat about them scoring nearly 67% of the time when they start from within their own 20 is just sickly ridiculous.
Week 15 - Jets Week 16- Miami Week 17 - @ NYG 16-0 is looking pretty damn likely at this point. Pittsburgh and Indy were widely considered the best bets to beat the Pats and they kicked both to the curb. Yes, they played down to Philly & Baltimore. They are human enough to play poorly, yet freaking good enough to still win. I know people hate the good team. Say what you want about them. At least enjoy watching the best team many have or ever will see.
