That only applies to this year. I'm curious to see their stats for the last 5years. I think it will look a little better.

    Last 5 seconds?

I imagine that is generally a low percentage time for most players

At the end it says LeBron's career mark is 26%, which is slightly better than normal, while Wade's under 20%.

The OP also indicates what each player's career percentages are.

this has been posted many many times or least there are many articles about the same thing. id still take lbj/wade over kobe/dirk anyday of the week as they are now no matter how much better kobe/dirk's <5sec fg% numbers are.

I would too knowing Lebron and Wade get preferential treatment from the refs

Wouldn't you also have to take into account the effect that a coach would have on drawing up a play etc for those crunch time shots?

Doesn't matter anyway, Jones should be shooting those last second 3's.

well kobe and dirk gets preferential treatment too... so no, it's not based on that. it's based on the fact that lebron/wade can do more throughout an entire game than dirk or kobe. may not be by much but it's more for sure. i dont care if they are horrible in the last 5 seconds, it's a 48min game.
