    Player 1 advanced stats: 15.4 per, .551 TS%, 24.2 Ast%, 2.6 stl%, 17.5 Tov%

    Player 2 advanced stats: 14.9 per, .538 TS%, 29.4 Ast%, 2.5 stl%, 18.8 Tov%

    Player 1 stats per 36 min: 11.5 pts, 1.9 stl, 5.5 reb, 5.9 Ast, 2.2 turnovers

    Player 2 stats per 36 min: 14.9 pts, 1.8 stl, 3.4 reb, 6.8 Ast, 3.2 turnovers

As you can see player 2 gets about 1 more assist and commits about 1 more turnover than player 1, and player 1 shoots a bit better, takes less shots and gets more rebounds (not that rebounds really matter for a PG)

You probably figured out that player 1 is Patrick Beverley and player 2 is Jeremy Lin.

Here is where the differences come out, the playoffs. Now keep a few things in mind, Jeremy was hurting and didn't look like himself and Patrick played a good amount of time against Reggie Jackson rather than Westbrook, but anyways here are the stats.

Patrick played 200 mins in 6 games and Jeremy played 84 minutes in 4 games.

Patricks Tov% was nearly cut in half to 8.1% while Jeremys got worse by 6%.

They had the exact same Ast%.

Jeremys stats per 36 minutes in the postseason: 6.9 points, .9 stl, 3.4 Ast

Patricks sats per 36 minutes in the postseason: 12.8 pts, 1.3 stl, 3.1 Ast

Just thought I would put this up so everyone can be educated on the stats rather than just blindly arguing with nothing to support your arguments.
