Does anyone here use a stat tracker for their sites other than what their web host provides? The one I have for my ZeroZero8.com site is just plain awful! It doesn't work well and only provides VERY VERY limited stats. I have a site with terrific stat tracking but it is a much more expensive host. I'm not planning on switching hosts and I'm not on a dedicated server so I can't install anything. Yeah, I need something better than what I have to track referrers, spiders, number of hits, user sessions, etc. It can't be download, however, because the server doesn't belong to me. It can't be something I have to install on the server. I found one site that charges about $15 per month for it, but, for that, I could just go to another server and pay a few dollars more than I do now. Since we're on that topic, suggestions for a good web host??? I've been using EV1 for a couple of years and they are easy, but the stat thing, for me, is pretty important. And, they don't offer much in the way of help for CGI, etc. They only charge $15 though! I use myhosting.com, but DOD knows of a cheaper service... I can't remember, nor can I search for my previous post...
