If I had my wish: PG: Alston SG: James SF: Bonzi PF: Scola C: Yao I think that having guys like Shane and Chuck worked last year in Gundy's system to be starters, but this year, or at least for the sake of shaking things up, I think we should start Bonzi and Scola. Shane is having a rough year adjusting, Chuck has been Chuck - perhaps we should look at having them come off the bench.
While I wouldn't complain about that line up, I fully expect it to be: Alston Bonzi Battier Hayes Yao I believe that is what Rick did in the other games that TMac missed. Scola offers the potential of increased scoring, but his defense is still worse than Hayes. If he is getting regular looks and hitting he could be an upgrade, but last night he was 2-7 and Chuck was 3-3. Anyway, regardless of who starts, all of those players will need to contribute tonight to have a chance.
