hey, I just wanted to post on here that I have started my own business here in San Antonio as a general contractor servicing both commercial and residential jobs.

Any San Antonians here on cf.net are welcome to contact me for a free estimate on carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, cabinetry, etc. I don't pretend to know everything. What I do not know, I rely on my experienced staff for and will always do so. References available upon request.

we hired some "carpenters" to level the house. they did such a great job that my bathroom floor is caving in...literally. the bathtub has fallen about an inch from its original position and floor tiles are now cracked. now those ****ers won't answer my calls (before you say it, yes, i know it was my fault). anyhow, what's a rough estimate to getting that bathroom floor leveled?

You don't do any work in Houston, do you? I have a LOT of work (maybe even tearing down) here in Houston that needs to be done.

as far as work in houston is concerned, yes, I can offer some help. my mother and stepfather own the largest deck business in ft bend county. carpentry is carpentry is carpentry... feel free to email me.

as for the query about leveling the bathroom floor i'd have to know not only the dimensions of your bathroom, i'd also have to see why you were having problems initially. in short, I'd have to get in the bathroom to know. still, it sounds like u may have problems with (possibly) water damage. how old is the house? is the BR an addition?

I have a large-scale job that needs your immediate attention, verse. What's a rough estimate to getting the Alamo Dome leveled/bulldozed or a combination thereof?

the house was built in the 60s but it's not water damage. the foundation was "leveled" a few months ago and the floor was fine prior to that. whatever they did, they didn't do it underneath the bathroom tub. basically the floor just needs to be "jacked up". i wasn't really expecting an estimate, just ranting. :)

all. even as far out as medina lake. I am doing a custom cabinetry job there soon. of course, there are travel costs that come with that.

all, really. I'm located in castle hills, and have jobs extending out to medina lake (cabinetry). of course, the further I/we have to travel, the more expensive it gets, thanks to gas prices.
