"A-list celebrity" and "professional gamer" should never go together in the same sentence, in my opinion. And this is coming from a South Korean.
Listening to NPR in the morning, Korea has instituted a curfew on most role playing games starting at midnight. LOL...how big of a problem can it be?
fking savior.... i hope sc scene doesn't turn to hell like wc3 did in korea... that douchebag deserves to be deported to north korea and the coaches too.
Starcraft in South Korea. SERIOUS BUSINESS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StarCraft_professional_competition These guys make hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Not gonna lie. I was obsessed with playing this game when it came out. So much I bought another copy last year to play on my down time.
Loved the game too. And will likely buy Starcraft 2 whenever it comes out. But watching some of the youtube clips on the Korean scene, it's totally different. Anyway, always thought the Starcraft audience was basically teenagers. Didn't expect them to have enough of an adult following for serious gambling.
