They're on sale at the Arclight too. I imagine the Star Wars geeks in line aren't that dumb and probably are buying them up as we speak. But if they aren't, that would be hilarious if all the tickets get bought up and the ones in line don't get any. At least they're raising money for charity...somehow...

Star war tickets are now being sold at AMC 24 at Willowbrook. I have tickets for the wednesday the 18th at 12:01 showing. is that a tuesday night/wednesday morning thing or wednesday night/thursday morning thing?
I preordered 5 tickets for the 12:01 AM showing at the Edwards Marq*e. I don't think that makes me a freak though. With my work schedule, the midnight show is actually the only one I'll be able to attend the first couple days it's playing.
At 12:01 am the Death Star secretly hovers into position above earth. The jedi gathered in theatres everywhere are caught off guard in an ugly massacre. One Jedi tho', could not get a ride from his parents. He is the only hope.
Ok fine, I'm a SW freak. But I'm also a traditionalist. I went with the same group of friends(give or take a few) to see the midnight showing of Episode II at the same theater 3 years ago and had a blast. I'm hoping history repeats itself.
Got my 3 for the 12:01 showing at the Weslayan Marq*e. It's closer to me and my friend's work so we can go straight there.
This is the number of the so-called "Star Wars Hotline." It's actually a pay phone outside of a movie theatre on Hollywood Blvd. in L.A., where Star Wars nerds are already camped out in line waiting for the upcoming movie. 1-323-462-9609 (Expect a busy signal sometimes...keep trying though, you'll get through.) Too wierd!
Only one I've heard about so far is in the UK on May 16. I believe they'll be showing 4-6 followed by 1-3(with digital prints for the prequels). No word yet on whether 4-6 will be the SEs or the DVD SEs. I think it's safe to assume the original versions won't be shown.
