Calgary Flames or Tampa Bay Lightning?

I'm going for the flames --- i'll say 6 games.

i put who cares as an option for many people who don't really care but want to see the poll results anyways - keeps it from being a skewed poll.

Should be a good series. I'm pulling for Tampa, but won't be upset if Calgary wins in the least. I just want to see Andreychuk get his name on the cup.

I voted for Calgary because I imagine its residents and fans will be a tad more appreciative of the Cup than a bunch of casual fans and retirees from Tampa.

Looking like a decent prediction so far...that Iginla guy is pretty good.

I'm pulling for Tampa Bay just to add one more city to the list of Southern cities that have won the Cup, since I know that drives the hockey purists crazy (though when they make their "the South will never embrace hockey" speeches, Dallas tends to be ignored, so it may well be that Tampa - once the Golden example of why hockey is a bad idea in the South - will soon join the ranks of non-Southern-cities-for-the-purposes-of-arguing-about -where-hockey-belongs).

If only the Flames had stayed in Atlanta.

I think it has been a good thing for Hockey that the south has so many teams for at least one good reason: Cheerleaders!!
I think it was the Carolina Hurricanes who started it and I know Tampa followed closely after.
In fact the Southeast division in the NHL has produced 2 of the last 3 SC finalists for the east.

I'm still rooting for Calgary though, I'm a Hurricane Fan and can't stand the Lightning.

    Flames baby!

    Iggy's time to shine.

(plus Florida don't need no more trophies)
