I'd like Mason here if we are unable to do much. He is a great shooter. Wouldn't give up anything but a 2nd rounder, but he is a nice player.

I don't want the guy but he would probably average 15 efficient points as a Rocket. That's how bad our 2G situation is...

Hmm...interesting. I thought the Spurs picking up Mason last year was a brilliant move, and it did prove to be pretty good for them. He would be a very good role player on a contending team. I hear the Celtics might be interested. He could definitely replace Eddie House.

He has an expiring contract, i wouldn't mind the Clippers trading him for Al Thornton and Sebastian Telfair...

    Lol.

The Spurs aren't trying to move Mason in order to do him some kind of favor. They're trying to move him because he's lost his confidence, hesitates on shots he used to hit with regularity, and isn't a candidate to return next year anyway.

"Such grace on Bartelstein's spin move. Shades of Hakeem "The Dream". Olajuwon."

Mason was good last year but he's been bad this season. Logical move by the Spurs.

theres been one solid rumor that mason and mihinmi/bonner get traded to miami for haslem and d wright that would be solid

i dont know who the spurs would get if they traded to memphis maybe sam young and darrel arthur would be nice also or that guy from iran

there was one trade that just came up today to wizard for mason and ian for andrey blatche and nick young which would be my prefered trade
