    That's actually pretty nice of Sprint. They could just ignore frequent callers.

    The hilarious thing about that letter is that they want you to call them if you have any additional problems. hahahaha.

    My Sprint contract ends in two weeks, and I am immediately switching over to TMobile for the myfaves plan. 75% of my cellphone usage is with only 5 numbers.

    Sprint sucks. I have never had more dropped calls when I had them. If I was on the west side of town or in the Klein area, my phone was totally useless. They have the WORST coverage. Switching to Tmobile was the smartest thing I have ever done. Seldom a dropped call. Great plan.

    Actually, he could be quoting me - I couldn't get a signal in my office or in my friend's house where we play cards. Sprint is definitely FTL.

    I switched to T-Mobile because they had the most reasonable family plan ($50 for two phones.)
