FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct 30 (Reuters) - SportsLine.com Inc. (SPLN), which provides online sports content and commerce services, Tuesday said it terminated a deal to acquire Sandbox.com, a producer of fantasy sports products. In a statement, SportsLine said Sandbox breached certain representations of the acquisition deal, entered on Sept. 4. SportsLine said it remains committed to expanding its offerings and offering more fantasy sports games online. In September the company had agreed to acquire Sandbox, which has five million registered members and offers fantasy sports, sweepstakes, arcade and play-for-fun games. I have always found Sandbox to have the best format for fantasy sports games.
