I remember in the 80s when pagers were coming out that they had services that you could view sports scores. Even in real time.

Last night I was on espn.com and hitting refresh on the stats, and the score went from rockets getting killed to almost tied.Quickly I had to find a tv.

    So cbs sportsline?
Not espn.. who else fox? Is there some kind of feed I can pull from or RSS or something? A recommended website?

I use yahoo sports sometimes and it is pretty good for getting scores in realtime. There might be a lag of a few seconds but it is pretty good overall.

I forget which game, but espn.com was 7 seconds ahead of a game I was watching on TV a few days ago.

The NBA Gametime app scoreboard is about 30sec. ahead of the feed too.

Nope. U-Verse. What makes it funnier is the NBA game I was watching was on ESPN. It stayed ahead without fail for the entire 30 minutes I paid attention to it.

BTW, it was 17 seconds, not 7.

I have a sportscenter (or epsn) live score app on my Android.

Don't know how accurate it is to the second, but it seems updated to me.
