Tonight I got the chance to view what is to be many sequels of a well thought out film. Not only was their Hi-tech special effects but nostalgia of the older versions of the comic book hero mixed in. Nobody could have did what Sam raimi has done with this film. For those who are unaware of him he is the infamous maker of the Evil dead series which to this day are Comical Classics! Dunst and Mcguire both played their characters well as if they were born for the part. This movie has a very deep storyline, so it does not just completely jump right in to web slinging, crime fighting and action and violence. William defoe a.k.a the Green Goblin played the role of a sinister villian set out on global destruction. I did find some who much preferred the modern day comic book villian of the green goblin but all in all most enjoyed this green armor anamorphic like type. Go see the movie I give it a 9 out of 10 without as much as a hint of giving the plot away. If your fan of Spiderman(who isn't) then this movie is for you.
Anybody know where or if there are going to show a midnight showing tonight? If they are, I would be there in a heart beat. They usually do it when these "BIG" blockbuster movies come out. I know that they did it for Star Wars Ep.1 a few years back and a bunch of others. Either way, i will probably see it more than once this weekend!
