OK its on again. Lets start from scratch. This game seems to get too long and drawn out and people quickly lose interest. So I am "turning it up a notch". Its go time. Here is the new objective of the game: The first person to catch VesceySux making a spelling error, wins. Its that simple. It should be interesting to see if he can take the scrutiny of 15,000 CF members. I think Mr. Sux should put the following in his sig: Undisputed Clutchfans Spelling Champion - If you find something not spelled right in my posts, please report me here: (link to this thread) Please refer to this thread for the rules on what is considered a spelling error: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=75089
thinking about this, to make it even more interesting, we should have two more targets: 2nd Place - Whoever catches SirJackieChiles' spelling mistakes 3rd Place - Whoever catches Isabel's spelling mistakes If one person happens to catch all three making spelling mistakes, then that person shall receive the "Triple Crown Award". Good luck.
"Sux" may be at least considered internet slang. Since "Vescey" almost assuredly refers to Peter Vecsey, this is the more egregious error.
Bring it on, Jason and Jeremy London. Bring it on, Ricky and Cassie Williams. Bring it on, Wonder Twin Powers. Bring it on, Barbi Twins. Bring it on, Jerry and Terry Dunn. Bring it on, Mary-Kate and Ashley. Bring it on, Tomax and Xamot. Bring it on, Tiki and Ronde. I said bring it. Bring it f*ck*ng ON. (do you remember how Vernon "mad" Maxwell went up to Jordan's face??? That's how I feel right now. OMG, what have I done...?) I found these: http://sportsmed.starwave.com/i/magazine/new/robin_ficker.jpg http://www.heirloomantiques.com/images/9697fleervernonmaxwell.jpg
You're better than this. "Good" is an adjective. You need to use the adverb form of "really" instead of the adjective "real" to modify "good" as such.
How about first listing a dozen of most misspelled/misused words/phrases? To begin with, here are two: it's vs its lose vs loose (most people meant the former when they actually used the latter)
That would be the "Spelling Police Triple Crown" since the Triple Crown is already a valid award that consists of three aspects: 1) Being quoted in someone's sig 2) Being the starter of a stickied thread. 3) Having your thread become a hot topic.
