I saw this article and really wanted to hear what you all think about it. It's about college basketball, but do you all think it could be a method used at all levels?

I loved Tubby, but the more I read about Gillispie the more interesting he becomes.

Bah, Rudy T had that idea years ago:

Finished his career with the sole duties of hitting the free throws at the end of the game and making the baseball-style inbounds pass.

Gillespie! The greatest basketball mind in college basketball. Enjoy him at Kentucky for the next 20 years, look forward to at least 4 national championships. He doesn't eat, sleep, have a family... Its all about basketball. Genius.

If so, why the heck did he buy a 12,000 square foot home?!? That is so unlike him...I wonder if he's finally going to settle down?

I saw that article too. I guess that's his exclamation point on the "I'm am staying here" front. I honestly think the man will sleep in his office. lol its as nice as some of the rooms in that house I am sure.

They just built a huge practice facility next to Memorial Colosseum so I am sure the Head Coach's office is the nicest in the building.

I don't know that Billy will stop at college ball, so if he has great success here at UK, I would imagine he will "move on down the road" to the NBA if someone offers it to him.
