Who's the only South Park character who makes you laugh everytime he speaks? For me it has to be Mr. Mackey, mmmkay. Don't get me wrong I have alot of favorite South Park characters, and think that they are all brilliantly hilarious. But when I comes to pure funny and me LOLing everytime he comes on screen, no one beats Mr. Mackey, mmmkay. Butters by far. I loved it in the World of Warcraft episode where he said he was playing "Hello Kitty Island Adventure" instead of WoW.
Butters is amusing in a Ralph Wiggum sort of way, but Tweak has the best balance. He's smart, but wired to the point of being psycho (thanks to his father, the coffee-seller). Funny, but not too goofy. Of course, Cartman and Kyle are the funniest when they're going at each other.
