Is there any sense in the agent community that Dwight might cancel some of his Monday/Tuesday meetings and commit early, if things go as we expect tonight? If things are as far along with Dwight/Houston as you and others make it seem, I could see Dwight not wanting to tell Kobe/Kupchak in person and simply getting the process over with.

(Then again, after all the heat he's gotten over the past two years for being so whimsical, perhaps he wants to go through the "process" to show the world that he was careful and thorough about this decision. Could see it both ways.)
