Chad Ford on July 15 wrote:

"The Bucks look like they have three stars in the making in the summer league. Dan Gadzuric, coming off a dominant performance at the Orlando Pro Summer League, followed up with a nice 17-point, 8-rebound, 3-block game against the Knicks. Gadzuric looks like a different player from the one who showed up here last year. If he can play even remotely like that during the season, the Bucks have found their center. Marcus Haislip also was awesome, chipping in 19 points, six boards and four blocked shots. T.J. Ford also seems to be settling into a rhythm. After a shaky start in Orlando, his last couple of games have been very solid. He scored 16 points, handed out eight assists and only turned the ball over three times. The only knock was that the bigger Frank Williams torched Ford for 23 points. "

    That is encouraging.

Yes. I will always support any Longhorns in the NBA.

I will too, as long as they're not Chris Mihm.

The Bucks have a good young team. They'll be in the hunt before long, right there with the Nugs and Grizz.

Edit- Another thing is, TJ's shooting isn't too big of a deal, is it? This team has some very good shooters/scorers as it is in Redd and Mason on the wings and now it seems Gadzuric and Haislip in the post. I think he'll be fine in the NBA.

anybofy associated with the big 12 knows that tj is going to be the bomb. after watching him the last three years, i am convinced that he will have few problems becoming a great nba point. it might take him a year, because he does have to work on his shot, but he is going to lead the nba in assists MANY times over the course of his career.

Yeah, I've liked the Bucks, but with TJ there, and being a UT grad myself, I'll definitely follow closely.

It's funny you mention that about Mihm. My friend and I were joking about that the other day- how we could tell how Mihm's NBA career would pan out based on that ONE PLAY vs. LSU in the tourney when Stromile Swift threw his sh**! Poor, poor Mihm, thinking that his soft game, his reluctance to dunk in favor of missed layups, and what not would be ready for the NBA after his junior year.

Oh well...it could've been worse- he could've listened to Maurice Evans' agent!
