All American Rejects - Swing Swing: for some reason, I LOVE this song. Korn - It's On Phantom Planet - California More to come...
There is a new song by Nick Lachey that I really like called "whats left of me". I don't dislike Nick Lachey, hes cool, but this is really something that I should not admit to. This should be in a new thread, "songs you like, but should never admit to".. something like that.
I will never tell. Of course, I liked this song back in my sophomore year of college. I have heard it once since then (on a trip back from Shreveport of all places) back in 2003 and somewhat enjoyed it. I can honestly say I don't know if I would like it now.
Eh...heard it a few times when I've had a few beers in me. Not bad at all. Nick Lachey? Dude, you have no grounds for criticism.
Not if she doesn't want me to go George Jones on her ass. And revealing this will warrant that kind of response.
Sadly, there are more than I'd like to admit... Sugar, We're Going Down - Fall Out Boy Lady Marmalade - Christina Aguilera Baby, One More Time - Britney Spears Back When - Tim McGraw It's Been A While - Stain'd Hold On - Wilson Phillips (I think I'm officially gay now) Finally, Money and Another Brick in the Wall are pretty much the only two songs I can stomach by Pink Floyd, which is weird, considering that Money is probably the most despised song by most Pink Floyd fans
I have never been a Doors fan, because I've always felt that Jim Morrison was more poser than poet, and that Robby Krieger was a very halfassed guitar player. That being said, I think the Doors' song "The End" is terrific, but it's only one of two songs in their entire catalog I like.
Can't stand his reactionary politics and anti-Mexican rants at the Pavilion, but Ted Nugent's song "Stranglehold" is stunning.
I know most people can't stand Toby Keith, but his best song was a duet with Sting - "I'm so happy, I can't stop cryin'." Ever heard of it?
