What is the artist & song name for the one played all the time at football games. Best I can describe it is da.da.da.da.da.da....hey..da.da.da crowd always does the "hey" Thanks!
On a similar note: What's the techno-ish song I've heard at many sporting events in the 2000s that goes like: oh-oh-oh-OH-oh oh-oh-oh-oh-OH-oh-oh-OH, oh-oh OH-oh ...where capital letters signify local maxima in pitch?
I always thought it was the doctor who song... Doctor Whooooooo hey Doctor Who OK maybe I'm a weird Dr. Who fan.
On another (song) note: Granted I haven't been to a Rockets game in a couple of years, but for the longest time they were playing to following song during EVERY game during a timeout (as well as a few other early-mid '90s 'oldies'). Well I was listening to the game the other day on the internet and they're STILL playing What I Like About You. I'm not saying it's a bad song, but come on it's over 14 years old. I wouldn't put it passed them that they don't play anything new. They need to copy Miami and get a live DJ; hell get one of the local stations in there and let them decide what songs to play as another corporate gig.
This is the funniest thing I've EVER read. OH MY...*tries to stop laughing* Faos, maybe it's the 2:17InTheMorning juice speaking...but ******* that was funny.
You are also correct. The song's name is "Doctorin' the Tardis" and it's by the Timelords (famous in the 90's as KLF and at other times under about 100 other names... lol). The song combines Rock & Roll Part 2 by Gary Glitter with the "Dr. Who" theme song. This is the version I usually hear being played at sporting events. "Dr. Whoooooo oo" "HEY!" "Dr. Who" "Dr. Whoooooo oo" "HEY!" "The Tardis"
Anyone know the techno song they play at a lot of Texans games, and it's also heard in the movie "Collateral" when Tom Cruise starts shooting up the bar towards the end of the film?
