So heres the background. Sunday, I had to drive my fiance's friend to the airport (JFK) since she was visiting from England. I decide to take the Battery Tunnel on the way back from manhattan since traffic on the bridgeswas horrendous for some reason. I'm going through downtown and stop at a light. The light turns green, but the traffic is very slow, however there is space across the stree for my car, so i move the car there. this lady decides that she has right of way despite the red light staring at her in the face and almost walks into my car as I move it across the intersection. In her anger, she KICKS my car. I mean, serisouly she actually KICKED my car. I stop the car and run out over my fiance and her friend's protests. I rush up to her to talk to her because I didn't want her to get too far away. She obviously thinks I'm going to hit her and starts yelling "Stay the **** away from me!!" I then notice that she has two HUGE dogs with her. Luckily they musta been neutered recently or something, cuz they were just tugging her to get away from me The crazy thing is I only wanted to apologize for making her feel so angry that she wanted to kick the car. I wouldn't have meant it, but I woulda said it cuz I knew it woulda made her feel even more like an idiot. I mean really, who kicks a moving car??
alright, ya really want my advice? yes? ok here's what I'd do. what you always want to do in that type of situation is just get out of your car and teabag her in broad daylight. sometimes ya gotta fight fire with fire. hope that helps some.
No matter where you live, you're going to have to put up with some kind of crap. This is what I keep in mind during Houston's brutal summers.

If you did nothing wrong and she kicked a dent in your vehicle, If I were you I woulda punched her. I've never hit a woman in my life, but if someone does something so stupid that deserves to be hit, I'll hit em. Reminds me of this story when this girl kept dogging my friend. She would keep talking mess to him non-stop until he got fed up and just punched her. She never said anything bad to him ever again.
There's a video around of a guy in a Mercedes convertible honking obnoxiously at an old lady crossing the street, because she's walking too slow. She hits the bumper with her purse, and it sets off the airbag, throwing burnt powder in his face. Be glad that didn't happen to you.
You should have grabbed her by the hair and beat the b*tch to a bloody pulp. Then, taken her dogs' leashes and tied them to your back bumper. Then, drive off. It seems that is what you wanted to do. Otherwise, what is the point of your story? She kicked my car and I ran after her wanting to apologize to her. Yet, I did nothing wrong! You did something wrong alright. Your just not owning up to it.
There isn't really an excuse for kicking the car. She was wrong for walking when there was a read light. Technically the pedestrian does always have the right of way no matter what. The motor driver has to watch out for them.
