now that the rox are done. I ( like most other fans) began thinking about the team and what should happen this off season here are some of my thoughts.

    Roster thoughts:

Steve -untouchable, probally moved to the off gaurd spot (i dont think it matters where your name is in the line up if you wont pass the ball its going to be the same ol S***)

Cat- Will be moved Ill bet my house on that ( even though i dont own one)

Posey- improved his shooting to go along with his hustle and Defense. Great in the open court when the team is moving the ball. He is a F.A. Would like to see him back but do we have the money.

Griff- Good weakside shoot blocker needs to bulk up and stop shooting those damn 3s. Could be moved for the right price. I dont see his potential but i guess someone does.

Yao-Please get stonger and more aggressive (he did a little bit)
dont even think about him being moved

mo t- good scoring punch off the bench. needs to improve on the defensive end. Sowed in some game that when he wants to be a force on the glass he can. Length of contract and size make him less likely to be traded.

Rice-needs to shoot a little better and try to show something on the defensive end. Very attractive on the market with a 15mil contract, but will the rox keep him to free up space for themselves? If it were me he gone got to fill up that new arena.

Boki-Wnt to a few games saw him shooting in warmups canhe do that in the game? If you move cat and eddie for a beefy pf can he play the 2????

    all others- who cares!!!!

some players i would like to see

Jason kidd-if you move rice in a sign and trade you might be able to pick him up but will that leave enought cash when yao comes up for fa? and can he hold 2 guards???

Stephen jackson-=Shoots better than posey can finish above the rim is a F.A. will he leave S.A. i wouldnt but money talks!!!

Jamal Crawford-Battling for Pt wit Jay will in chi. can he lead a team? at 6'5" should match up with most 2s averages 4.1 assist per at only 25 min a game.

Marcus Fizer- only 6'8" but he is 260lbs built similar to mo t but plays like hes 6'11" ( did you see him puck eddie and mo t)averaged 11pts per in less that 30min per tell he went down for the season

again this is only my opinion please feel free to add on.

Actually. Not getting feedback is not odd.

But I guess you like Bulls players.

    Jason Kidd is pretty impossible.
    So is Gary Payton.

    But I like Jamal Crawford...Jason Williams...Damon Stoudemire...Jeff McInnis...Erick Strickland...Kenny Anderson...Rod Strickland...Darrell Armstrong..Rafer Alston...and players like that. Maybe even Shammond Williams.

Stephen Jackson would be good too. So would Jim Jackson, Jim Barry, Eric Piatkowski, Bryon Russell, and Voshon Lenard.

Carlos Boozer wouldn't be too bad.

    I'll take you on. :D
But seriously... Jason Kidd will not come here even if we had the slightest chance of signing him, Stephen Jackson could be an interesting addition, but SA will probly look to keep him (and really what do we have to offer SA?). He's been playing excellent this season at the 2 and 3 spots. They will probly use the Bowen, Ginobili, Jackson rotation for that 2/3 spot next season. And I really don't like the idea of bringing in Crawford or Fizer... I actually think the backcourt will stay as is, but with the addition of another guard that will pretty much replace Moochie as Mobley's and Francis's backup (Antonio Daniels? Realistic chance at least, but I doubt the Rox are looking at him). And KeepJuaquin lists Rafer Alston who could be a nice addition. Our three spot is fine, even if Rox don't resign Posey. I think most of the concentration needs to go to the 4. Somehow we need to upgrade that spot, either through trading (Thomas? Boozer might even be an upgrade) or through some major training and practice for Griffin.

Reality cheak. NO players are untouchable. Kidd can be had. So can crawford. It just takes some sack to pull it off.

I will be floored if the rockets dont trade for any of the clipper FA.

Do you guys HONESTLY want this roster next year?

francis/mobley/rice/griffin/ming. Its the same damn thing as now. Doesnt it make you kinda just want to throw in the towel? This team needs ALOT of change.

1.a ferocious rebounder. Doesnt have to be brand, but someone like a jamal mcgloire or something. Taylor/grif at the four next year will be suicide before the season even starts.

2.more PASSING players that are unselfish. Barrys, christie, odom, crawford. You cant have a motion offense with just shooters like eric piakowskki that cant penetrate and just stand in concrete like rice.

3.better coaching. Even if we add brand, this team will still resort to iso's. Smith is using rudys system. Quit bashing larry smith, its the entire regime that sucks.

4.hopefully,sign posey to sg,sign or s&t for odom, and bring in Pj Brown.Taller the better. One reason why there is no perimeter defense is because we have midgets trying to guard taller players.

Imagine a true ZONE defense with long arms posey/odom locking down the perimeter and ming backing them up. Thats what syracuse used. A zone with big guards playing the passing lanes.

Whats the use. I should just shut up.If rudy even remotely knew what I was saying,Moochie would have never been signed.

If this years line up dosent change they will probally get the same results. Ming will be better (hopefully) next year and will need his touches. where does that leave cat. I thiink he will be moved or put with rice or mo t or cato in a deal. I do agree that if the system or lack of motion doesnt change we still will be the same team.

Crawford was brought up on sports radio 610 ass a possible replacement for steve at the point. There has also been more than enough talk about steve being a 2. I like fizer or PJ really i do somebody that will at least play like a pf is that too much to ask.
