Vin Diesel No Longer "Fast and Furious" Posted April 29, 2002 at 12:53 PM CST By John Couture As we reported last week, Universal had two marquee sequels on tap starring current Hollywood hot property Vin Diesel, The Fast And The Furious 2 and Pitch Black 2: The Chronicles Of Riddick. We also mentioned that with Vin's escalating salary, it would be difficult for Universal to keep him in both projects. Today, the other shoe dropped. Vin Diesel broke off talks to repise his role of Dominic Toretto in The Fast And The Furious 2 in order to concentrate on Pitch Black 2. This news wasn't unexpected and Universal now turns to plan B. They will continue to develop The Fast And The Furious 2, but they'll go with a second script that they commissioned which follows Paul Walker's Brian O'Conner to Miami where's he recruited to go undercover in their street racing circuit in hopes that he can redeem himself and get his badge back.

I never knew Ed Norton and Salma were dating. Man, Ed is one of the coolest guys in hollywood and as if that wasn't enough, now he's marrying Salma Hayek. I wish I was Ed Norton. What's up with Winona, I didn't know she swung that way. Oh well, I never really thought she looked that good, except that time she was on SNL doing some silly cameo, she looked good with blonde hair. I can't explain so don't ask me. Fast and the Furious sucked, I think deep down Vin new it was a crappy movie. This guy was in Saving Private Ryan for Christ's sake, now what's he doing, xXx. I heard that he was so talented, Spielberg let him direct some scenes in Ryan. I hope this guy gets a shot at doing something good again.
ok since i didn't see girl interrupted, is brittany murphy the girl in "don't say a word?" she seemed hot in that movie (even as ****ed up as she was) but then i saw her on the tonight show and she ruined it for me. if she's hot again now, some pictures of said rumors wouldn't be too bad.

Sigh. I used to love Winona's movies when I was a teenager. She always played the heroine that us girls could identify with. Now she's not only shoplifting, but... (Nothing personal; it's her choice. Just seems like every cool independent woman, at least every famous one, ends up liking chicks sooner or later! I don't know why they <b>all</b> have to end up that way... I just wish there was someone left to represent those of us who are strong and independent but still like guys.) On the other hand, this must be great news for all y'all. I'm sure you want to see these scenes, and everything these women do when they get home. Yes, she is the girl in "Don't Say A Word". She is also in "riding in Cars With Boys" with co-star and fellow freak, Drew Barrymore. I thought she was really hot in both movies. There is just something about blonde haired women with brown eyes that I absolutely love!!
