The rocket news is old but you can view the rest of the teams on who they want.

The L.A. Lakers are hoping to trade for a power froward, but they still plan to look at power forwards in the draft, as well as a point guard. Phil Jackson is not a big fan of the draft, because he feels that there are too many busts. They are interested in Kenyon Martin, Troy Murphy, and especially Jerome Moiso and Kaspars Kambala. They do not believe they can get any of them, unless they trade. They are looking strong at Etan Thomas, Lamont Barnes, and Jamal Magloire, they think they may be able to get a chance at A.J. Guyton, Jason Hart, Doc robinson, ans Lamont Long. Word out there also says they are interested in Eddie House big time as well.

Milwaukee Bucks are looking around at inside players as well. They also are interested in a back up point guard. A few players they have been looking at hard are: Jason Collier, Etan Thomas, Mamadou N'diaye, and the Collins twins.

The Timberwolves have expressed interst in a number of the senior shooting guards in Morris Peterson, Courtney Alexander, and Lamont Long.

Houston is looking at getting some youth in the frontline and an athletic small forward as well. Some scouts have said that they will draft the best palyer available no matter what the need is. They are looking at players as if they were going to start a new franchise. Some that have sparked an interest is Hanna Mottola, Chris Porter, Kenyon Martin, Jamal Magloire, Mark Madsen, and of course Mihm. They really like Terence Morris.

Boston are interested in some point guards and inside players. They seem to really like Scoonie Penn and Erick Barkley, as well as Jason Hart, and Etan Thomas.

Indiana is stickly looking at youth and athlticism. They also have told each other to look at some shooters. Morris Peterson and Ed Cota have been looked at hard. They really like DerMarr Johnson, Mike Miller, Keyon Dooling, Erick Barkley, Terence Morris, Shane Battier, and Brendon Haywood.

The Dallas Mavericks are looking to trade this next month they have virtually the whole team on the board except Finley and Nowtizke. Draft wise they are looking at a point guard with experience and another center. If they get the number one pick, they will draft Chris Mihm if he comes out. They like Penn, but also like Jason Hart and A.J. Guyton.

Milwaukee is very interested in Jason Collier. They have some scouts following him around to see how well he can bang inside and play defense. They think he will be a top 7-8 player in the draft with all of the underclassmen they feel will also come out. They may trade up to get him. The have him as the top center behind Mihm and Haywood and they also are interested in Loren Woods, but hope he stays in school to bulk up. They realy want to start trading and are interested in any inside player they can get that they feel can contribute. They have talked about trading away Robert Traylor and J.R. Reid.

Denver Nuggetts are very interested in Terence Morris, Courtney Alexander, Hanno Mottola, Marcus Fizer, Chris Porter, Kevin Freeman, and high schooler, Darius Miles. They are interested in trading Chauncey Billups.

Cleveland Cavaliers are very interested in a number of wing players in this draft, as well as a few post players. They have been keeping an eye on Morris Peterson, Mike Miller, Lamont Long, and Mamadou N'diaye, Jake Voskuhl, Alvin Jones Jr. They are also looking ot shop around Bob Sura, Trajan Langdon, and Andrew DeClerq.

BTW John Thompson will be having a draft chat on this wednesday at 9 EST, 8CST, 6 PST. He'll be there answer any draft questions. I'll see if I can get a transcript later on.
