Toronto is on their way to another miserable season. The only players that are worth keeping on their team are Chris Bosh and Rafer Alston. They will probably try to trade away everybody else. Jalen Rose has been discussed in numerous trade rumors. I think we can get him with Taylor + Weatherspoon + 2006 first rounder. Rose's contract ends a year before Taylor's, but if we include the 1st round pick, Toronto might think about it. He can provide scoring and help out with dribbling. What do yall think?

Sure... I would. But Toronto would never make that trade.

Getting Carter somehow would be so awesome. (lol I wish it happened) :p

But Jalen Rose would be good. Please get a good power forward...and shooters who can play defense..

First of all, Toronto would laugh at that package because it's simply ridiculous.

Besides, Jalen Rose doesn't help this Rockets team at all. He does nothing to help our rebounding problem. He does nothing to help out our outside shooting problem. He does nothing to solve our PG dilemma, unless you want someone who's even more inept at running offensive sets than Francis. Plus the guy will never relegate himself as the 3rd option on any team. He'll likely ignore both Yao and T-Mac.

If the Rockets make a trade, it will either be for a sharpshooting point or a brusing power forward.

Jalen would help out in the scoring department but still would be only a band-aid on a larger issue. At this moment we need all the help we can get but Jalen would only take away from JJ's minutes but it would be nice to have another scoring option on this team that doesn't need t-mac to create for them.

    1. They wouldn't do it.

    2. After what Jalen did to Elie, and after his refusal to even apologize, I don't want him. Now that Pippen's retired, Rose is number two after Malone in guys I never want to see in a Rockets uniform.

right now the deal that is in the works with Toronto involves Miami sending Eddie Jones to Toronto for Jalen rose. Those are the primary players and has been talked about for a while.

Unless we can send some kind of shooter to Toronto i don't think we can do anything

How many shady characters do we need on this team? I'm tired of getting guys who get traded by teams who know their player sucks.
