    ok, so now ariza is gone so that leaves sombody to play at SF position. most of you may think its budinger, but then we could use is fire power of the bench when the starters go cold. then others may think battier, but now he doesnt seem to have the defense he use to have. so who should we go after to play starting SF? granger?iguadola? what are your thoughts?

    I see absolutely nothing wrong with Battier right now. He's a consistent spot-up 3-point shooter, and while his defense isn't exactly what it used to be, it's still pretty damn good.

    In the grand scheme of things, though, I think Iguodala is the one the Rockets are after.

    BTW, I think you can go ahead and give up on Granger, that's obviously not happening anymore.

    Why? Indy has their PG so they are set to make the Playoffs.

    Melo will only be traded for a kings ransom.


    Iggy is overpaid but w/o Shane and Jefferies we can take on the contract.

    Unless Yao has a true All-star year, which seems unlikely, there is no chance Melo will come here.

    Eh, with Martin and Brooks, Melo actually wouldn't fit well. Not enough shots to go around.

    But who cares, if you can get a player of Melo's caliber, you go and get him.
