    I just saw this story on ESPN...They mentioned the charges, but nothing indepth like Bush giving up the Heisman or USC getting screwed...

    I hope they punish USC and give Young the Heisman, but doubt anything else, if that, will happen

    I believe USC loses their title and he loses the Heisman.. but it's not "given" to the next team/player in line. At least that was my impression of how things like that worked.

    Michigan lost their banners from the Fab Five era, but I don't think anyone else gained any
