Looks like they are doing away with the freebie subs at Subway. That sucks! Ive noticed that they have these signs up telling people that they are doing away with it..... Dammit!!!

Reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where Elaine tries to get her card back from an EX of hers.

Subway blows anyway. There are a million other sandwich shops now that are way better.

There was a place in Indy called Eh! Formagio's that was the shizzle. Holy crap what I would do for one of their sandwiches. We would eat there probably once a week.

I think they're doing away with it because the employees would fill up those cards and sell them on ebay.

Maybe I am just cheap, but quiznos is just too expensive for their large subs.

That is a nice scam by the employees.

    This **** pisses me off!

I have been Subway's #1 fan and actually invented the Jared diet before that bloated ******* took it public before me.

This is the last straw. I'm officially banning myself from Subway.

    Murphy's Deli all the way.

I don't think any statement has made me cringe more in my life.

I ate Quizno's 2x in my life. Both times it felt like I was eating my own soggy vomit.

It's about time they wised up to the fact that disgruntled employees sale stamps on ebay for like $5.

The only thing better than a large Quizno's steak and cheese is eating it while watching Napoleon Dynamite...

What a coincidence, my wife just came from Subway and was equally pissed when she found out.

I think the problem is you've been eating your own soggy vomit.

I went to Subway today, as usual I left dissapointed. I like Quizno's a lot more, but their prices are really getting out of hand.

There's still Schlotzsky's in Houston, right? Damn fine sandwiches. There's actually one at 53rd and 6th in Manhattan, but I'm too lazy to go.

The Quizno's near me closed "temporarily" due to "renovations." That's NY speak for "Our ass got nailed for health violations and will soon be replaced by a Starbucks."

All those places are WAY too expensive. $5-$6 for a sandwich!? Common... Vietnamese banh mi is the way to go.

Go down to Bellaire and get yourself a meal for $1.50-$2.00.

Wait Wait!! Your overreacting!!! I've been living there for lunch for a while now becuase I went on Ebay and bought enough stamps for 120 cards. It did get old pretty quick though eating there so often...

Back on topic. What I was told is that they are going to get cards, like a credit card, that they will just swipe to put your stamps/credits on. This will make it easier on everyone, except the people trying to make money by selling them on ebay, or the people buying them off ebay to save money.

I like Quiznos, but they are more costly.

The subway by my work is excellent.

    I'm a sandwich freak.
