Pretty much that whole episode of SNL was funny. The couple sitting on the front porch swing was my favorite skit. And forget Carrie Underwood....did you guys see her backup singer?
here are the other peyton manning videos that were on SNL last night <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/8G5VwMITuAk"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/8G5VwMITuAk" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/I9UW9DWyLGE"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/I9UW9DWyLGE" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
The cartoon was funny but it would be funnier if I knew what it was based on. I don't have kids so I don't watch PBS.
its based on Dora the Explorer and yeah, you would have to have kids and have watched the show alot to find it funny
I thought the Dora skit was okay at first, but got kinda annoying after a minute or so. Then again, the actual cartoon is pretty annoying too.
The United Way skit after the monologue was the best part, I thought. Peyton showed his acting chops...not bad at all. I've seen "real" actors do a lot worse.
That was probably one of the worst monologue I've ever seen. Who cares if his family is in the house.. not like we don't see them enough on television. BUT at least they didn't pull the usual let's-help-out-the-guest move by having the cast come on stage stealing the spotlight or that stupid let's-take-a-tour-around-the-studio move.

It was not only to introduce his family. It was to setup the joke about his mom not making it into the NFL and being a disappointment to the family.
